Elminster's 2.0 SysGen program issue

Is anyone besides me having issues opening Elminster's 'Solar' SysGen program. I downloader both it and 1.1 and 1.1 runs fine but 2.0 doesn't seem to have a program file when I unzip'ed it and then opened the folder.
