First time I've logged in since the upgrade without errors.

Note: I set chrome to flush cookies on exit, so it wasn't that.

I've been tweaking the settings and htaccess and other stuff for weeks. I'm going to pour a good shotglass worth of Vodka and hope I don't have to change anything else.

I have made one additional change. Krenshala discovered that under certain conditions when posting a response (or with our admin activities) that the url will be https but append a port 80 on the end of the url address. I have tweaked the board so that it should no longer do that.

If anyone has seen this, and especially if you see it from now forward, please let me know. It is no longer happening in my test cases, but I can't rule out that there might be other locations where it might be doing that.

Test test test. Doing some testing in different parts of the board, still trying to solve the redirect issue. I've set force https on for redirects, please let me know if you are suddenly having new issues.

using the "return to previous page" after logging in still does so. At least as of 2min ago.

I forgot about that one... I just logged out and back in and it is not giving me an error. Can you try it again?

And if you are getting an error, what is the error and can you copy/paste the url of the error page here? I'd like to see if it's redirecting to the wrong port.

I can't replicate it tonight...

The error was not numeric; it was server not responding.

I'm not able to replicate the errors either. Making progress!

But the host helped with this last one. It was some change on their side that went awry, and I'm guessing that I wasn't the only one complaining.
