Silo Missiles

Are the launchers for silo missiles mentioned in E8.02 just the normal weapon systems or are they W (and thus require W to have been developed)?

Just the normal weapon system is sufficient.

Van is correct. You merely have to have the tree open. Silos are entirely different from regular launchers and box launchers.
