I’m curious... what is the largest army that anyone has ever fielded in an invasion? As an invader? As the defender?
And what is the largest standing army you’ve had?
(and yes, SM run NPRs count here...) Any version of Starfire 3rd an up will do, but Ultra and Solar Starfire is best.

This was 25 (?) years ago but had to invade a system that an NPR owned. Hit it from 2 WPs, with like 300+ SD and 100-120 CVs... But that was a long time ago.

Fleets can get huuuuge. What we are looking for right now is how many Qt do players (or GMs playing NPRs) max out at, especially during invasions.

The largest I ever fielded was 4000 Qv worth of troops, with the hope most would not make the ground due to Hv maintenance costs.

A mixed bag I suppose. The NPR surrendered just before the invasion, but I already raised the troops, built transports, and prepositioned a large amount of Hv. Economically the NPR won, after a fashion.
