More Information about 3rdR products - Order it now!     The Unified Tech Manual (UTM) is the first product produced by the Third Edition Design Group. It consolidates almost two hundred existing technical systems from every existing Third Edition product except Alkelda Dawn and adds sixty-three additional tech systems, with new tech appearing at every level from four to sixteen. The UTM introduces new rules for Electronic Warfare which bring Engine Modulation and ECM together and include new ECM and ECCM systems. To improve clarity there are rule re-writes for Tractors, Ramming, Communications, Strikewave Targeting and a number of existing tech systems. Missile modifications and their costs and capabilities are clarified and consolidated in a single section. All the main tables have been updated. The UTM is 78 pages and has a detailed index for all tech systems and rules.    Back
