SDS ORDERING "FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS" (FAQ)

I have simplified the method of pricing so as to skip the online ordering form.
An E-mnail with Name, Address, Phone#, and a list of products is needed in 
order to process and order.

Please contact the Starfire Design Studio in any of the following methods to 
complete the order. We are sorry, the Starfire Design Studio cannot make calls
to you for or about your order. I will E-mail you if necessary.

SHIPPING COSTS (Free within the United States)
  * Non-USA PG DESTINATIONS: +$10.00 per non-electronic package (ask if your not sure).  Note: Shipping Boxed GSF is very expensive - expect roughly $20-$25 in shipping costs alone.
            (includes, but is not limited to - England,
Australia, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Israel, 
Hungary, Hong Kong, Japan, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, 
Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland). 
  *OTHER COUNTRIES: between $12 and $17 depending upon the destination (this
includes, but is not limited to - Italy)

NOTE: Large orders or multiple packages may have double or triple shipping
costs depending on the package weight.

        Mon             9 am - 1 pm (Eastern Time)
        Tue             4 pm - 9 pm (Eastern Time)
        Wed             7 pm- 10 pm (Eastern Time)
        Thur-Fri        3 pm - 9 pm (Eastern Time)
        Sat             9 am - 9 pm (Eastern Time)
        Sun            12 pm - 9 pm (Eastern Time)
NOTE: All times are Eastern Standard time.

The SDS is a part time business. It may be difficult to reach during some times
of the year even during the listed order times. See avoiding long distance
charges section.

AVOIDING LONG DISTANCE CHARGES WITH THE ANSWERING MACHINE: The Answering
Machine picks up after 4 rings, so hang up on the 3rd ring and **redial**. If it
is not answered the 2nd time by the 3rd ring, no one is available to take your 
order at that time.  

ANSWERING MACHINE: It is almost impossible to accurately get all the details of
your name, address, products ordered, etc via an answering machine. 
Use an E-mail first.

     Orders are usually processed in about 7-10 working days with shipping
taking about 7 days.  Please allow appropriate time. Note: I **only process orders once a week**.
